Clutch lever felt cheap
It works, but the freespool clutch lever feels flimsy compared to my old winch. Hoping it holds up long term.

Does what it says
It works fine for moderate recoveries. Haven't tested it at max rated capacity yet so can't speak to that end of the spec sheet.

Pulls strong, no hesitation
It has gotten me and a buddy's rig unstuck twice now without breaking a sweat. Line speed is good and the motor doesn't seem to strain.

Wiring harness was confusing
Instructions for wiring it weren't very clear — ended up calling a buddy who's done a few installs to get it right.

Reliable in cold weather
Used it in near-freezing temps on a winter trip and it fired right up with no issues. Solid, dependable pull.
